Clamping Cylinders
FORKARDT clamping cylinders are suitable for a wide range of applications including power operated through hole chucks, partial open-centre chucks and hydraulic actuating.
OMHJ
These hydraulic cylinders permit maximum advantage to be made of the large bore hole found in FORKARDT power chucks. Optimised for use with the QLC chuck, these high performance cylinders can be used to actuate all FORKARDT power chucks.

OKRJ
These rotary hydraulic cylinders are used primarily to actuate closed centre power chucks. However, when used with open centre power chucks, they provide a partly open chucking system, which allows long workpieces to be pushed into the front of the lathe spindle.

PZRJ
These closed centre pneumatic cylinders are used for the actuation of closed and partly open centre power chucks. They are suitable for the same applications as OKRJ cylinders, but, as air is used as the pressure medium, they generate a lower gripping force range than hydraulically powered cylinders.
